Get Your Approvals
The Brand Approval Process and Legal Approval Process are part of the Financial Delegations of Authority Policy. Following the Approval Process is compulsory.
Use this process and guidelines for anything that is to be distributed to, viewed by, or presented to the public or third parties, including print and online materials.
Providing you have created your marketing materials in accordance with the Marketing Materials Guidelines provided and the Legal Compliance Checklist, you need to allow two business days at the end for approvals.

Creating Marketing Materials Use the Marketing Materials Guidelines, the full Brand Toolkit and the Legal Compliance Checklist to assist with the development of your material. The guidelines should also be provided to any third parties working on your materials. Submitting something that takes all the guidelines into consideration will result in very quick turnaround times in approvals.
Brand Approval Submit your material for brand approval to Corporate Communications. You can do this by emailing your materials to brandapproval@fkp.com.au
Corporate Communications guarantee a one business day turnaround time for Brand Approval. If your submission needs extensive rework at Brand Approval, you may be required to resubmit it.
You should seek Brand Approval when you believe you are at final artwork stage. Corporate Communications are also happy to assist by providing guidance throughout the development of your material to ensure you are on track for a hassle free approval.
Legal Approval Once you have written Brand Approval, submit for Legal Approval. You can submit for Legal Approval using the Legal Compliance Checklist [link to online form]. Ensure you consider all items on the legal checklist in the development of your material to aid a speedy approval.
Publish Once you have both Brand Approval and Legal Approval, your work can be published.
