Third Party Brand Marks
FKP employs or contracts a range of third parties to deliver elements of our projects, including real estate agents, retail operators, financiers and suppliers.
Third parties could include externally appointed real estate agents, graphic design agencies, civil construction companies, advertising agencies, or the like. Brand marks of third parties are not to be included on our materials.
In the case of externally appointed agencies selling or leasing stock on our behalf, the name of the agent can be included in communications, but all contact details should point directly to FKP (National Client Services Team) and the third parties brand mark cannot be included. |
