The directors of FKP support the core principles developed by the ASX Corporate Governance Council as a basis for enhancing the credibility and transparency of our capital markets. Indeed the structures, policies and procedures already in place at FKP have been developed and implemented by the Board and management over many years to ensure that FKP's operations are founded on those same principles.
While the Board does not accept that prescriptive and detailed regulation is an appropiate means of achieving good corporate governance for all companies, the Board regards best practice recommendations of the Council as good and appropiate guidelines, and has had most of them in place for some years. |
