FKP Funds Management established the FKP Core Plus Fund in December 2005 to provide wholesale investors with a property investment opportunity that will offer exposure to core rental properties (Active Core Property Investments) and participation in property development projects on a joint venture basis with FKP Limited (Eligible Developments).
The Fund aims to provide investors with a 'mid-tier' risk return profile and is structured with strong corporate governance principles and alignment of interest, with investors being true investment partners. The Fund's Assets have an allocation to 'Active Core Properties' and 'Eligible Developments'.
