FKP Core Plus Fund Two Structure
The FKP Core Plus Fund Two (Fund) is an unlisted stapled security, comprising units in an unlisted trading trust, the Development Trust, and units in an unlisted passive property trust, the Active Core Trust.
- Active Core Property Investments - assets that are considered ‘active’ in nature – requiring intensive management regarding lease expiry profiles or assets requiring refurbishment or structural enhancement.
- Eligible Developments - development projects on a joint venture basis with FKP Limited.
