The FKP Core Plus Fund boasts an Investment Committee which oversees major investment decisions and approves acquisitions and joint venture developments.
Specifically, the Investment Committee comprises one FKP Property Group representative and three independent members. Major investment decisions guiding activity and direction of the Core Plus Fund require the unanimous vote from all members. In addition, interrelated party transactions also require unitholder vote.
The responsible entity is also monitored by an Independent Compliance Committee.
The FKP Core Plus Fund Investment Committee comprises the following individuals:
