In November 2004 FKP successfully stapled its shares with the units of its wholly-owned FKP Property Trust to create the FKP Property Group.
The FKP Property Trust comprises assets which are diversified across the Australian Eastern seaboard within the sectors of Office, Retail, and Bulky Goods.
