FKP Commercial Property Trust No.1 was established in December 2002.
The sole asset of the Trust, 120 Edward Street, Brisbane, was sold in September 2008 and we are pleased to advise that distributions paid since the establishment of the Scheme have provided investors with an average annualised return of approximately 27% per annum.
FKP Funds Management Limited, the Responsible Entity (“RE”) proceeded with the winding up of the Trust and subsequently deregistered the Scheme register on 26 June 2009.
