Peter Brown
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr Brown joined the Board as Managing Director in February 2003. Mr Brown has in excess of twenty years’ experience in property development, having held senior executive positions in national ASX listed companies including Thakral Holdings Group, Walker Corporation Limited and Australand Property Group. Mr Brown is a director of Metlifecare Limited, a company listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
David Hunt
Chief Financial Officer
Mr Hunt was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in April 2010, having previously been the the Chief Financial Officer of ING Real Estate Investment Management. Mr Hunt has almost 20 years experience, including earlier roles as Group General Manager Finance at Stockland, Group Financial Controller and Finance Manager at Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited and Group Finance Manager at Legal & General Australia Limited.
Mark Jewell
Executive Director
Mr Jewell was appointed as a Director in July 2011. Mr Jewell is a senior property executive with over 20 years’ experience in the Australian development industry. He spent a number of years as an executive director of the Sunland Group and more recently has filled the role of Chief Operating Officer of Sunland Group, Australian operations. Prior to that, he had executive roles as General Manager of PRD Realty and as Development Director of Thakral Holdings Group.
Geoff Grady
Chief Operating Officer
Mr Grady joined FKP as Chief Operating Officer in March 2009, having previously been the Chief Executive Officer of Mulpha Sanctuary Cove since 2002. He has also worked as a partner in the corporate recovery practice of KPMG. Mr Grady holds degrees in Commerce and Law with honours from the University of Queensland. He is a chartered accountant and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
Justin Laboo
Executive General Manager, Retirement
Mr Laboo joined FKP in August 2005 as head of Corporate Finance, leading the Group's treasury and mergers and acquisitions activities. He was appointed as Executive General Manager, Retirements in November 2006. Mr Laboo has more than ten years' experience in finance and strategy areas across the banking, construction and energy industries. Mr Laboo holds a Bachelor of Science Mathematics, a Bachelor of Laws and an Masters of Business Administration (Executive).
Evian Delfabbro
Executive General Manager, Developments NSW and Victoria
Ms Delfabbro was appointed Executive General Manager, Developments NSW and Victoria in August 2011, overseeing the New South Wales and Victorian development divisions of FKP. Ms Delfabbro previously managed the residential, land and masterplanned communities portfolio. Ms Delfabbro began her career working in a variety of roles in both civil engineering and construction administration, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
Michael Tucker
Executive General Manager, Retirement Development
Mr Tucker joined FKP in October 2004 and is responsible for retirement development. Mr Tucker brings more than thirty years experience in all facets of the property industry, previously managing the construction division of FKP. Mr Tucker has a trade background with a degree in Construction Management from the United Kingdom.
Andrew Hall
Executive General Manager, Funds Management
Mr Hall joined FKP in 2003 and is responsible for the management of assets in the FKP Funds Management portfolio. Mr Hall has considerable experience in property market analysis, having worked with Arthur Andersen and BT Office Trust prior to joining FKP. Mr Hall holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Sydney and is studying for a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance at the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Nina Lesnanska
Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Manager
Ms Lesnanska joined FKP in 2009 and is responsible for overseeing Corporate Communications and Investor Relations activities for the Group. Previously Ms Lesnanska worked in corporate communications and media relations capacities in a number of organisations in both the USA and Australia. Ms Lesnanska has a Bachelor of the Arts in Communication with a concentration in Journalism from the University of South Carolina in the USA and a Masters in Media Practice from the University of Sydney.
