An Investment Committee will be established and the role of the Investment Committee will be to represent the interests of Investors and to provide oversight to the investment decision making process in relation to managing the Fund. The Investment Committee will comprise of members with experience in property investment and development.
The Committee consists of two representatives of the Offeror and at least two independent external members. The Offeror will notify Investors of the identity of the independent members as soon as they are appointed. Initially, the Offeror will be represented by Mr Peter Brown (CEO of FKP Property Group) and Mr Geoff Grady (Chief Operations Officer); the external representatives will be Mr Peter Barnes and Mr Warwick Condon. Unless otherwise required, the Investment Committee will meet quarterly to review the operations of the Fund.
